Deputy head of the State Security Service, Shafayat Hasanov, stated at an international conference that 32 mass graves have been discovered in Karabakh.
As a result of search and identification efforts, 893 human remains have been exhumed. Of these, 327 individuals have been identified via DNA, and 226 have been handed over to families for burial.
Currently, 3,683 people remain missing. Biological samples from 11,542 donors have been collected for DNA profiling.
A total of 4,010 people went missing during the First and Second Karabakh Wars, including 3,222 soldiers and 782 civilians.
