Russia's Foreign Ministry has urgently called on foreigners to leave Kyiv and advised residents to stay away from military and administrative facilities.

The statement was published on the ministry's official Telegram channel.

The appeal emphasizes that the Ukrainian Armed Forces' attack on a college in Starobilsk on May 22 "overflows the cup of patience." Consequently, the Russian Armed Forces have launched systematic strikes on Ukrainian defense enterprises in Kyiv, including drone production sites, decision-making centers, and command points.

These facilities are located in various parts of the capital. The ministry recommends that all foreigners, including diplomats, urgently leave the city and that Kyiv residents avoid approaching military and administrative infrastructure.

Recall that at the time of the drone strike on the college in Starobilsk, there were 86 teenagers inside. The attack resulted in 24 deaths and 65 injuries.
