The tumor was discovered accidentally. The patient felt no pain, but her abdomen did not shrink after childbirth.
Ultrasound and CT confirmed a giant tumor. During surgery, a 40 cm growth was removed, along with the right kidney.
Histology revealed liposarcoma, a malignant fat tissue tumor. The patient is stable.
