The Milli Majlis discussed the draft law "On the execution of the 2025 state budget of the Republic of Azerbaijan" at today's session.
According to Oxu.az, after discussions, the draft was put to a vote and adopted in the first reading.
In the reporting year, budget revenues amounted to 39 billion 184.6 million manats, exceeding the forecast by 828.6 million manats (2.2%). Compared to 2024, the increase was 2 billion 22.8 million manats (5.4%).
The share of budget revenues in GDP was 30.4%, one percentage point higher than 29.4% in 2024.
Revenue structure: tax authorities 16.355 billion manats (41.7%), customs authorities 6.37 billion manats (16.3%), transfer from the Oil Fund 14.481 billion manats (37%), other revenues 1.979 billion manats (5%), paid services 679.6 million manats, target funds 66.7 million manats, rental income 46.5 million manats, and miscellaneous 1.186 billion manats.
