President's special representative for Aghdam, Fuzuli, and Khojavend districts, Emin Huseynov, announced new details during a press conference at WUF13.
He stated that over the past five years, 13,700 people have been resettled in the liberated territories. Currently, more than 50,000 people live and work in the region.
By the end of 2026, an additional 30,000 citizens are planned to return to their native lands. This is a large-scale project.
