Afghanistan Official: Urban Density Increases

At the 13th session of the World Urban Forum (WUF13) in Baku, an Afghan official spoke about urban problems.

Mutiul Haq Nabi Khil, Director General of the National Environmental Protection Agency of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, stated that population density in cities has increased, leading to disorder.

"Over the last twenty years, the situation has become more difficult. Now the goal is to regulate these matters and make the city system more efficient," he said.

The forum in Baku is seen as important for addressing urban challenges.
