President Ilham Aliyev signed a decree amending the Law on Citizens' Appeals.
Electronic appeals will now be answered via email, postal address, or the E-Government Information System (EGIS), based on the citizen's choice.
If an electronic appeal lacks an address, FIN, or TIN, the response will be sent by post.
Response letters will be prepared in accordance with electronic signature legislation.
Procedures for receiving and registering appeals have been updated, and EGIS is now a separate submission channel.
The Cabinet of Ministers has been tasked with taking appropriate measures.
