UN Deputy Secretary-General Amina Mohammed spoke at the closing of the World Urban Forum.
She stated that unlocking the economic potential in Azerbaijan's liberated territories is crucial for housing provision.
Mohammed emphasized: "Housing issues are linked to climate, transport, migration, and other matters. Broad coordination is needed."
"In Baku, we have agreed to carry out more sustainable and human dignity-oriented work in the future," she added.
