Azerbaijan establishes embassy in Portugal

Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev approved the law establishing an embassy in Portugal. The embassy will operate in Lisbon.

President Ilham Aliyev has approved the law on establishing Azerbaijan's embassy in Portugal.

According to the decree, the Cabinet of Ministers is tasked with providing material and technical support and financing for the embassy to be located in Lisbon.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs must approve the embassy's structure and staffing table.
