The number of biased approaches to Azerbaijan has decreased, says presidential aide Hikmat Hajiyev.
He told journalists at the WUF13 in Baku that Azerbaijan ignores smear campaigns.
Hajiyev noted: Over 10 resolutions were passed against Azerbaijan in the European Parliament in the last 5 years. Those who pass them do not know what they are talking about. Azerbaijan today acts as a diplomatic hub of the world.
