Azerbaijani Deputy Prime Minister Samir Sharifov spoke at an event marking the 250th anniversary of US Independence. He stated that the joint strategic vision of the two countries creates a strong basis for peace and prosperity in the region.
Sharifov noted that the dialogue of trust between President Ilham Aliyev and President Donald Trump will ensure the sustainable development of bilateral cooperation. This will expand economic and investment ties.
He emphasized the US role in global politics over 250 years: "The US has rightfully secured its place among leading world powers."
