President Ilham Aliyev signed a decree to liquidate the "Bakimenzilkommunlayihe" Project Institute.

The document also reorganizes the management of diplomatic services under the Baku City Executive Authority.

Additionally, "Yashil Teatr" and Baku City Municipal Theater are transferred to the Ministry of Culture.
