All public beaches in Baku are fully prepared for the summer season. Initiated by Leyla Aliyeva, Vice-President of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation, free beaches in Shikh, Goradil, Novkhani, Buzovna, Pirshagi and Sahil settlements have undergone cleaning and landscaping.
Rescue stations, sunshades, changing cabins, showers, sanitary facilities, seating and sun loungers have been installed. Playgrounds have been renovated.
Special paths and ramps for people with disabilities have been built, and a designated parking spot has been marked.
Entry and all services are completely free. IDEA Public Union urges everyone to keep the beaches clean.
