On June 1, Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov met with a delegation led by US Deputy Assistant Secretary for Energy, Economy, and Business Caleb Orr.
The meeting discussed the current state and prospects of Azerbaijan-US relations, including economy, energy security, transport, investments, trade, and regional issues.
Both sides emphasized the importance of expanding cooperation under the Strategic Partnership Charter. The upcoming Azerbaijan-US Economic Dialogue was highlighted as a key venue for collaboration.
Long-term energy cooperation, renewable energy, green transition, and innovation were also on the agenda.
Minister Bayramov briefed on Azerbaijan's investment climate, the Middle Corridor, and regional connectivity projects. Progress since the Washington summit and communication lines opening were also discussed.
