The British Ambassador to Azerbaijan, Fergus Auld, held a farewell ceremony on the completion of his diplomatic mission.
Speaking in Azerbaijani, he said: "I want to thank the Azerbaijani people for their sincerity and hospitality. Recently I was asked to describe Azerbaijan in one word. I chose 'hospitality'."
He expressed satisfaction with the strengthening of friendly relations between the two countries.
