President of the Republic of Bulgaria Iliana Yotova arrived in Azerbaijan on May 17 to attend the 13th Session of the UN World Urban Forum (WUF13).

At the Heydar Aliyev International Airport, the high-ranking guest was welcomed by Azerbaijan's Minister of Culture Adil Karimli and other officials.
