Burhanettin Duran, head of the Communications Department of the Turkish Presidency, congratulated Azerbaijan on National Salvation Day.
He posted on X: "I celebrate with my sincerest feelings the National Salvation Day of our brother and friend country, dear Azerbaijan."
Duran emphasized that this day symbolizes the strong will of the Azerbaijani people to take control of their future in unity: "The brotherhood bond between Turkey and Azerbaijan, sharing joys and sorrows, strengthens every day with the concept of 'one nation, two states'."
He commemorated martyrs with mercy and gratitude, and veterans with appreciation.
