President Isaac Herzog of the State of Israel sent a congratulatory letter to Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev on the occasion of Independence Day.
The letter highlights friendship and strategic relations. Herzog noted that close ties between Azerbaijan and Israel positively influence many participants across Eurasia.
He also expressed satisfaction with progress in the energy sector.
Secretary General of the Commonwealth of Independent States, Sergey Lebedev, also congratulated the President. Lebedev highlighted Azerbaijan's dynamic development and strengthening international reputation.
BP's Regional President for Azerbaijan, Georgia, and Turkey, Cio Kristofoli, emphasized BP's support for energy projects in Azerbaijan.
