President of Lithuania Gitanas Nauseda sent a congratulatory letter to Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev on the occasion of Independence Day.
The letter reads: "I congratulate you and your people and wish you lasting prosperity, peace and security. Lithuania and Azerbaijan have long-standing friendly relations."
Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Eswatini Russell Mmiso Dlamini also sent a congratulatory letter to Ilham Aliyev.
The letter states: "We appreciate Azerbaijan's progress on its development path. We highly value the friendly and cooperative relations between our countries."
President of Singapore Tharman Shanmugaratnam also addressed a congratulatory letter to Ilham Aliyev. The letter says: "I wish the people of Azerbaijan lasting peace, progress and prosperity."
