The Great Return process is a key direction of the national development strategy. Large-scale restoration and construction works have established essential infrastructure in the liberated territories. The main priority now is to ensure sustainable economic development.
The implementation of the First State Program on the Great Return is nearing completion. Intensive work is underway on the Second State Program.
Nuriyev highlighted the agrarian potential of the liberated territories. Efficient use of land and water resources, expansion of agricultural production, and sustainable employment are key tasks for the upcoming period.
The meeting also addressed environmental sustainability and water resource management. Efficient use of natural resources and ecosystem restoration are crucial for long-term development.
