The High-Level Energy and Urban Dialogue of D-8 countries officially started during WUF13 in Baku.

The event took place at the Azerbaijan pavilion within the Urban Expo exhibition, moderated by Gulshan Rzayeva.

Ministers of energy, urban planning officials, and city leaders are participating. The aim is to link sustainable urban development with energy transition.
