President Ilham Aliyev of Azerbaijan visited the village of Boyuk Galadərəsi in Shusha district on May 28 to inspect restoration works and meet with returning residents.

During the meeting, an elderly woman asked the President about Mehriban Aliyeva: "Why didn't you bring my daughter? I wanted to see her."

The President conveyed Mehriban Aliyeva's greetings. The woman replied, "Give my many, many greetings to my Shusha girl."

President Ilham Aliyev responded, "Definitely. She is also a Shusha girl, you know."
