Relations between Russia and Azerbaijan are at a high level and will continue to develop. This was stated by Emin Agalarov, President of Agalarov Development, at the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum.
He emphasized the prospects for bilateral ties, trade turnover, tourism, and other areas. Agalarov also noted that St. Petersburg is the best city.
