President Ilham Aliyev spoke at the opening of the 31st Baku Energy Forum.

He emphasized that Azerbaijan's contribution to global energy security will definitely increase.

"Thanks to the right policy, we are now investing abroad," the head of state said.

SOCAR is investing in the Middle East, Africa, and Central Asia, with geography expanding.
