The European Commission has responded to Azerbaijani NGOs' letter concerning missing persons and landmine issues.

European Commission replies to Azerbaijani NGOs

On May 1, 2026, Azerbaijani NGOs sent an open letter to European leaders, raising issues of missing persons and landmines.

The office of the President of the European Commission replied on June 10, stating the letter had been forwarded to the EEAS.

The NGOs urged Armenia to provide information on missing Azerbaijanis and accurate mine maps.
