Several decisions of the Cabinet of Ministers have been amended.

Oxu.Az reports that Prime Minister Ali Asadov signed a decision regarding this.

According to the amendment to the 'Rules for Preparation, Expertise, Approval, Organization, Conduct, and Evaluation of Test Samples for Test Examinations Held for Admission to Civil Service, Continuation of Activities in Civil Service, and Occupying Civil Service Positions', if it is determined that the candidate submitted documents or information containing false or distorted data intentionally or due to gross negligence, the candidate's test exam results will be considered invalid.

The Center makes a relevant decision on the cancellation of the certificate, and within three working days, information explaining the reasons for the invalidation of the results is provided to the candidate electronically. This decision can be appealed through administrative procedures and in court.
