President Ilham Aliyev signed a decree to support the export of non-oil and gas goods.
Under the decree, micro, small and medium-sized enterprises will receive compensation for customs clearance costs.
The compensation will be paid from the state budget on a quarterly basis.
The origin of goods must be confirmed by a certificate.
