The First General Assembly of the Global South NGO Platform (GSNP) is being held at the Gulustan Palace within the framework of Baku Urban Planning Week.

According to Oxu.Az citing Report, representatives from over 110 countries in Latin America, Africa, Asia, and the Pacific region are participating.

The Assembly will elect a Secretary-General for a 5-year term and 4 regional deputies covering Latin America, Africa, Asia, and the Pacific region.
