Turkish channel "Haber Global" covered President Ilham Aliyev's speech at the informal summit of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS) in Turkistan, Kazakhstan.
Aliyev emphasized the brotherhood between Shusha and Turkistan: "Turkistan was the first city to twin with Shusha, Azerbaijan's cultural capital, after liberation."
He highlighted digital development and AI, urging Turkic states to lead these fields.
The President stressed the importance of the Middle Corridor and Zangezur corridor: "The Zangezur corridor will become one of the main components of the Middle Corridor."
Aliyev called for the Turkic world to become a influential geopolitical power center in the 21st century, vowing Azerbaijan's continued efforts to strengthen the OTS.
