A high-level dialogue on urban development of the Organization of Turkic States will be held within the framework of the 13th Session of the UN World Urban Forum (WUF13) in Baku.

President Ilham Aliyev announced this during his speech at the informal Summit of the Heads of State of the Organization of Turkic States in Turkistan, Kazakhstan.
