President Ilham Aliyev has signed a decree amending the rules for high-level delegation visits.
The decree amends the 2004 decree No. 144. Now, visits by the Prime Minister, deputies, ministers, and other high-ranking officials to foreign countries must be coordinated with the President.
Information about the visit must be submitted at least 15 working days in advance. In case of delay, reasons must be justified.
