Speaking at the international conference within the "Baku Urban Planning Week," he emphasized that every step is well-planned and executed with high quality.
Karafulic recalled his recent visit to the liberated areas with the diplomatic corps. He also noted that over 32,000 people have registered for WUF13, underscoring the importance of this platform for dialogue.
