On June 23, President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev and President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov visited the first residential complex built in Shusha city.
According to AZERTAC, Aydin Karimov, special representative of the President of Azerbaijan in Shusha district, provided information about the complex.
The foundation of the complex was laid in 2021. Covering nearly 8 hectares, it includes 23 buildings with 450 apartments: 28 one-room, 195 two-room, 190 three-room, 30 four-room, and 7 five-room apartments.
Former internally displaced persons and employees of state institutions in Shusha live here. Extensive landscaping and construction work has been carried out, with greenery planted and all conditions created for residents' comfort and recreation.
