President Ilham Aliyev signed a decree amending regulations on tariffs for services provided by the Special State Security Service (SSSC).
The decree amends the previous decree No. 903 dated August 4, 2003. According to the new rules, SSSC tariffs will now be approved by the Service itself, taking into account opinions from the Ministry of Economy and the Ministry of Finance.
Existing tariffs will remain in effect until new ones are approved. Additionally, the phrase “Tariff (Price) Council” in clause 2.5 of the decree on the “Feldyeger Communication” law is replaced with “Special State Security Service”.
