Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev sent a letter to Delcy Rodriguez, Acting President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela.

According to Oxu.Az, the letter expresses deep shock over the strong earthquake in Venezuela causing numerous casualties and destruction.

On behalf of himself and the Azerbaijani people, President Aliyev offered heartfelt condolences to the families of the victims and wished a speedy recovery to the injured.
