President Ilham Aliyev has signed a decree on the call-up for compulsory military service and the release of conscripts into the reserve from July 1 to July 30, 2026.
Citizens born in 2008 who have reached 18 years of age, as well as those born between 1996 and 2007 and under 30, will be called up.
Conscripts who have completed their service term will be transferred to the reserve.
