President Ilham Aliyev and leaders of the Organization of Turkic States participated in the online groundbreaking ceremony of the Turkic Civilization Center on May 15.
The heads of state were briefed on the project, which aims to preserve, study, and promote the rich historical, cultural, and spiritual heritage of Turkic peoples.
Built to the highest standards, the center will highlight the unique place of Turkic civilization in world history. Later, a presentation of "GovTech" digital solutions was held.
