Kyrgyz President Sadyr Japarov sent a congratulatory letter to Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev on the occasion of Azerbaijan's Independence Day.
In the letter, Japarov highlighted Azerbaijan's dynamic development under Aliyev's leadership and its worthy place in the world community.
He expressed confidence that strategic partnership between Kyrgyzstan and Azerbaijan will continue to develop for the welfare of brotherly peoples.
Japarov wished Aliyev good health and prosperity, and peace and progress to the Azerbaijani people.
