The Chairman of the Libyan Presidential Council, Mohamed Yunus Al-Menfi, spoke at the WUF13 Leaders Summit in Baku.
He thanked Azerbaijan for its excellent hospitality and praised Baku as a blend of tradition and innovation.
“We thank Azerbaijan and UN-Habitat. We look forward to the forum’s outcomes as a step toward a fair, sustainable future,” he said.
