Mexico's Ambassador to Azerbaijan, Maria Victoria Romero Caballero, stated that the two countries can exchange experience in urban services and social programs.
Oxu.Az reports citing "Report".
The ambassador noted that the participation of the Mexican delegation in events within WUF13 in Baku is significant in preparation for the next World Urban Forum in Mexico City.
"Azerbaijan always organizes large events excellently, and WUF13 is no exception. We are proud to have this pavilion showcasing urban programs and ancient cultural elements," she added.
Caballero emphasized the importance of inclusive social programs and housing policies: "It's about housing provision as part of inclusive programs. This includes care for the social community, attention to the elderly, children, and women."
The diplomat also highlighted opportunities for experience exchange in urban services: "Mexico City has 'Utopias' centers. Interaction with Azerbaijan's ASAN and DOST structures could be an interesting example."
