The minister noted that the population grew from 7 million to 10 million since independence.
One in eight people was a refugee or internally displaced person.
Since 2003, economic stability allowed eliminating temporary camps for IDPs.
Since 2020, the "Great Return" process has begun, with people returning to their homelands.
