Amendments to the Internal Regulations of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic's Supreme Assembly are proposed.
Under the proposal, the Assembly can be dissolved upon request of 31 deputies, by the Assembly itself, or by the President of Azerbaijan if duties can't be performed.
Extraordinary sessions may be convened by the President, the Milli Majlis, or 16 deputies.
If deputy mandates are not confirmed by March 10 after elections, the Supreme Court will set the first session date.
