New judges to be appointed to Supreme Court

New judges will be appointed to the Supreme Court of Azerbaijan.

According to Oxu.Az, the issue has been included in the agenda of the plenary session of the Milli Majlis to be held on May 26.

Under the draft, it is proposed to dismiss Sanan Mammad oglu Garayev, a judge of the Supreme Court of Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic, and appoint him as a judge of the Supreme Court of Azerbaijan.

In addition, Ilkin Gismat oglu Abdullayev, chairman of the Khankendi City Court, is proposed to be transferred and appointed as a judge of the Supreme Court of Azerbaijan.
