On the eve of the informal Summit of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS), leaders gathered around a tea table in Turkistan, Kazakhstan.

The meeting included the leaders of Azerbaijan, Turkey, and Uzbekistan, as well as OTS Secretary General Kubanychbek Omuraliyev.
