At today's plenary session, the Milli Majlis adopted a bill to align laws with the Financial Lease Law in its third reading.
The bill proposes amendments to three codes and 22 laws, including the Civil, Tax, and Competition Codes.
Changes also affect laws on Bankruptcy, Banks, Licenses and Permits, and others.
A state fee of 550 manats will be required for registration in the register of financial lessors.
