Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, speaking in parliament, called for a fight against political forces that oppose normalization between Baku and Yerevan.
Pashinyan said that the so-called "tripartite war party" is jeopardizing the peace agreement with Azerbaijan. He emphasized that there is a force in parliament that does not accept the peace architecture, creating threats and provoking direct reactions.
The "tripartite war party" refers to three opposition political forces: "Strong Armenia," "Armenia" bloc, and "Prosperous Armenia." Pashinyan claimed that members of "Strong Armenia" and "Armenia" bloc are representatives of a spy network and won votes by manipulating voters.
He stressed that this spy network must be eradicated; otherwise, they will do everything to reignite the conflict and start a war. Pashinyan added that the government is confidently handling the situation but the people must also understand.
