Prime Minister Ali Asadov has signed a decision to digitalize the Permit system for international road transport in Azerbaijan.

New permit forms have been approved for bilateral, transit, and third-country freight, as well as for non-regular international passenger transport.

Permit exchange with countries connected to the AYNA system will be carried out exclusively electronically.

Annual and short-term permits from the International Transport Forum will also be issued electronically.

Electronic permits will include vehicle details, route, cargo weight, and restrictions.
