President Ilham Aliyev has approved an agreement to establish a Shusha Park in Veliko Tarnovo, Bulgaria.

The agreement was signed on February 11, 2026, in Sofia. It involves cooperation between the Azerbaijani government, Bulgarian government, and Veliko Tarnovo Municipality.
