President Ilham Aliyev announced on his X account that Azerbaijan is rebuilding 9 cities and hundreds of villages in Karabakh and Eastern Zangazur from scratch.
According to the post, the country suffered from urbicide, culturicide, and ecocide. Now, it is focusing on post-conflict reconstruction.
The WUF13 resulted in two important documents: "Chair's Summary" and "Baku Call to Action", which recognize Azerbaijan's efforts as a valuable example for other post-conflict regions.
