President Ilham Aliyev stated: "We fully understand the need for urban development, especially when it comes to capital cities."

According to Oxu.Az citing AZERTAC, the President made these remarks during the opening ceremony of the 13th Session of the World Urban Forum (WUF13).

The head of state added: "Therefore, we must first adopt a bold yet cautious approach."
